Mountain knotgrass (Koorai Poo) Soup Preparation Method – (For one person)

Ingredients

  1. Koorai Pooi, 250 gm (one bunch)
  2. Water 200 ml
  3. Pepper Corns – 10 nos
  4. Jeera – 5 gm

Preparation

  1. Wash the Koorai poo thoroughly in water.
  2. Put all the ingredients (Koorai poo, Pepper corn, and Jeera) in a mixture jar and grind it.
  3. Boil the water and add the mixture to the water.
  4. Allow three to five minutes to steam down.
  5. Filter the decoction and take 100 ml of the decoction

Note: You can take this on your empty stomach early in the morning.
