Ingredients

  1. Arjuna – Marutham Pattai, 3 to 5 gm
  2. Water 200 ml
  3. Pepper Corns – 10 NOS
  4. Jeera – 5 gm
  5. Lemon – 10 drops

Preparation

  1. Make a powder of both pepper and jeera.
  2. Boil the water
  3. Add the powered pepper and jeera along with Arjuna – Marutham Pattai into the water
  4. Next, add the lemon drops
  5. Allow three to five minutes to steam down
  6. Filter the diction and take 100 ml of the decoction

Note: You can take this on your empty stomach early in the morning or after breakfast.
